WHAT IS THE PROCESS WHEN JONNY ARRIVES?
Jonny will arrive 30 minutes prior to the presentation unless otherwise stated. He will sign in and give a txt to the key contact with the number the school provides. Please have someone to meet him there so he can go to a room and check projector, sound and layout of room/hall.

WHAT DOES JONNY SHANNON REQUIRE FOR A PRESENTATION?
Jonny uses a MacBook but has all cables; VGA, HDMI, Thunderbolt, and USB, and he has presentations in both PowerPoint and Keynote format if you would like him to use your computer, and he brings his own clicker, so please let us know if your projector does not work and he will bring his own, no sound is required for any presentations, but if there are more than 100 students, please make sure there is a working microphone ready to use and it has been sound checked.

WHEN DOES OUR SCHOOL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PRESENTATION?
To save time and make it more convenient for booking a presentation we do not require a deposit, and the full amount is due 7 days prior to the presentation, paid via Credit Card, PayPal, or Direct Deposit (preferred).

HOW DOES JONNY SHANNON WANT TO BE INTRODUCED?
“We have asked a speaker to come to our school today, his name is Jonny Shannon, and he will introduce himself” is the perfect introduction, as Jonny uses stories to introduce himself and each presentation, for example, he speaks on the importance of social skills and friendships before speaking about bullying, so that students get on board with the presentation before it gets serious, and being introduced as the "bullying speaker" doesn’t help with negative connotations, thank you.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO POSTPONE OR CANCEL THE PRESENTATION AT THE LAST MINUTE?
Jonny Shannon has the following policy regarding cancellations: cancellations of confirmed bookings can be made over 4 weeks prior to the presentation date without penalty, cancellations within 4 weeks of the presentation date will incur 50% of the complete presentation fee, cancellations within 1 week of the presentation date will incur 100% of the complete presentation fee, and adequate notice of no less than 4 weeks must be given if you are rescheduling your presentation, with a new date secured at the time you postpone the presentation, otherwise the cancellation penalties will apply.

DO I PAY FOR TRAVEL COST?
If your school is outside of the Gold Coast/Brisbane area we will quote you on travel expenses associated with the possible booking, and if Jonny is unable to fly in and out of your local airport on the day of the presentation an additional cost for accommodation will be added to your presentation fee, which can be quoted to you at the time of your enquiry.

DO YOU WANT OUR TEACHERS TO PROVIDE A TESTIMONIAL OF THE PRESENTATION?
Jonny will ask teachers at the end of the presentation if they would like to give a short 10–15 second testimonial, as many schools have told us this is the reason they booked Jonny after seeing so many testimonials, but if they do not want to, that is fine too.

DOES JONNY SHANNON RECORD THE PRESENTATION?
Jonny doesn’t record the presentations without previous permission of the school, however it is always welcomed, as Jonny likes to keep his presentations relevant and the biggest way he does this is by sending recordings of his recent presentations to his Curriculum Advisers and Contributors, whom he pays to ensure presentations remain up-to-date, and if the recording has 5–10 seconds of film that would be good for his promo video he will ask if he can use that, but it’s not common.
